His name is Kim,Se-il… He’s one of friends I met in East Timor camp I joined 6 months a go. He’s Korean, and had stayed in East Timor for about 6 months. All Indonesian who joined the camp have difficulties to remember Korean’s names, coz it sounds similar like Kim Se-il, Kim Tae Gyun, Kim Ki Hyun, Yeom Seung Sok, Lee Hyung Woo, Lee Sun Ae, Lee Byoung Gon –cinloknya Mirma hihih, sowie buka rahasia!… nah lu, ribet kan?. That’s why he was given a new name, an easier one : Eric… the new name was taken from his major in university, Electronic Engineering.. Eric ; Electronic (dwuoh,maksa!), so, I call him Eric, too… and sometime I forgot that Eric is not his real name.
He’s one of the best people I’ve ever known, well, not only me, but everyone who ever worked with him, said that too. ….that’s why, I always respect him…., hmm, my hat’s off to him!
First, he’s so patient and stable, unlike me, he faced everything (no matter what it is) with cool-head, I never saw him get mad (or having bad mood), I never saw him panic (or you’re just could hide everything perfectly, bro?), ….
He’s very helpful, I always ordered him to do this and that to prepare the teaching materials for the class, and he did it gladly (or, you did it because I’m the friend of miss Project administrator? – sorry if I used this phrase often :”can you do it? It’s and order from miss Project Administrator…hehehe). Nope, he’s just very helpful… except on the day when everybody went away, and you slept while I was cooking and had problems using firewoods!
He’s funny (and silly sometime, err.. not sometime, silly is his middle name… oops, save your sandals, bro….don’t throw it to me..^^), he knows how to make people laugh, even on the day we had to say good-bye in Benoa port, he still could make people laugh in the middle of their cries.

Anyway, 1st January 2003 is his 26th birthday… that’s why I post this writing…..

Another year has flown by,bro…
You’re getting older…. face it! :D
But age is just a number,
Don’t change, be just the way you are
Because it makes you special ;)
And, anyway I wanna wish you for more blissful and successful life ahead!
