LIVING A HEALTHIER LIFE (shah!)

It's the 48th day I don't pollute my lungs with nicotine too much... GO GIRL! hehehe... i did it for no reason at all.... I just want to.... but, weird... here in my hometown, I felt the ciggy is more tempting than when I was in east timor....Not because I hang out again with my addicted friends, coz, well... actually I never hang out anymore with them....
In East Timor, during the camp, I never felt the Gosh, I want to smoke badly-moments... in fact, I never thought bout it..... Even when Thomas, Eric and Frits smoked around me...But, now... everynight, before I go to bed.... aish! it REALLY becomes the biggest temptation for me now! Well, sometime, when I can't stand it, I steal my bro's.... but at least I smoke not as much as before...... Hopefully, I can get rid of this bad habit (so does my sister Ira said..) soon enough....
